EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through this website and outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. U.S. Returns

  • Eligible U.S. orders may be returned free of charge, excluding Final Sale items.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

3. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not currently supported.
  • To obtain a different size or item, customers must return the original item and place a new order.

4. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

5. Return Process

  1. Initiate a return through your account or the designated returns portal.
  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Provide the reason for return and submit the request.
  4. U.S. customers: once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided.
  5. International customers: arrange return shipping independently.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable for international orders.
  • Return shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
